Features

Four interchangeable plates: Choose the plate for julienne strips, fine shreds, slices or grating instead of switching between separate full-size tools.

Peeler and finger guard: The peeler handles skins; the guard helps hold smaller pieces while you work near the blades. Blades remain sharp and require care.

Storage and catch case: The case holds the parts together between uses and catches prepared food during use.

Benefits

Prep the cut your dish needs: Move from thin slices for salads to fine shreds or grated ingredients with a change of plate. The included peeler covers the first step too.

Less drawer hunting: The plates, peeler and guard nest in the case, so the pieces are easier to keep together when cooking is done.

Use smaller pieces with more control: The included finger guard gives you a way to hold smaller vegetables above the blade. It is a helper, not a substitute for careful handling.

How to Use

Choose the plate for the cut you need and seat it securely on the catching case.

Move the ingredient over the plate with controlled strokes; use the finger guard as pieces become small.

Keep fingers clear of every cutting edge, then wash and dry the components before nesting them in the case.

Who Is This For

Product Story

A single knife can do many jobs, but uniform shreds and quick grating call for different motions. KAI's Delico set puts four dedicated prep surfaces beside a peeler, then gives them one place to live. Select the plate that fits the dish and use the case to catch what you prepare.

The six tools are four plates, a peeler and a finger guard—not six separate slicing plates or six customer-selectable variants. The guard helps you handle smaller pieces, while the compact case makes putting everything away part of the routine. This exact DZ0746 set is made in Japan.

Quick Answer

KAI's Delico set brings six everyday prep tools into one compact case: four interchangeable plates for julienning, fine shredding, slicing and grating, plus a peeler and finger guard. The case also serves as a catch container while you work. Made in Japan, model DZ0746 keeps the parts together between meals rather than scattering separate graters and slicers through a drawer.
