Product Overview
Unlock the secrets of authentic Japanese cuisine with Hichifuku Organic Shiro Dashi, a premium white soy soup base crafted by the very pioneers who invented Shiro Dashi. This versatile concentrate is made with meticulously selected JAS-certified organic ingredients and time-honored brewing techniques to elevate your culinary creations with pure umami depth.
Authentic Umami Profile
Unlike traditional dark dashi, this white soy version uses a base of light-colored organic white soy sauce. This results in a refined taste that enhances the natural flavors of your ingredients without darkening the appearance of your dishes. It is the perfect choice for chefs and home cooks who value both flavor and presentation.
The Original Shiro Dashi Maker
Hichifuku is renowned for its commitment to quality. By combining the subtle sweetness of organic mirin with the savory depth of bonito flakes, shiitake, and kombu, they have created a perfectly balanced soup base that is both healthy and delicious.
