Special Sencha with Kabuse tea that suits everyday use
The box notes that 93% or more of the green tea is Suzuka mountain-range Kabuse tea, a shaded tea known for a rich flavour. The sencha stick dissolves in cold water, so a cold cup needs no hot water and no steeping.
Rich Matcha Latte made for daily use
The matcha latte combines matcha, creaming powder, skim milk powder and a little yeast extract, and holds 52 kcal, 0.64 g of protein and 100 mg of polyphenol in a 10.5 g stick. It makes a hot latte with 140 ml of hot water or an iced one with 70.
One stick makes one cup you can rely on
Each stick is a measured single serving, which the maker says avoids loss. Shake the powder down before opening, tear open at the OPEN mark and drink soon after opening.
Professional line, built for cafes in one simple product
The line comes from the maker's food-service partner range, with boxes of 30 and 50 sticks that suit offices, cafes and kitchens. The boxes are compact and need no equipment.
Clear ingredient lists that suits everyday use
The sencha is green tea with dextrin, flavoring, vitamin C and an emulsifier. The matcha latte lists its milk ingredients, and milk is named as an allergen. The full lists are on this page.
Made in Japan and shipped directly from Japan
These sticks are made in Japan by our company, and we ship them directly from Japan with careful packing. Please check the label when it arrives and use the product as directed.

STORAGE

Store away from high temperature and humidity, and never above an oven because heat can harden the powder. Use an opened stick soon.

SHELF LIFE

Best-before is 750 days (sencha) or 480 days (matcha latte) from manufacture, and we ship with a minimum of 6 months remaining shelf life where the date allows.

PREPARATION

Stir one stick into 140 ml of hot or cold water; for the matcha latte iced, use 70 ml of hot water and 4 to 5 ice cubes.

IMPORTANT

The matcha latte contains milk and aspartame (a source of phenylalanine). Green tea and matcha contain caffeine. Shake the powder down before opening so it does not spill, and do not open with sharp tools. Heat can harden the powder, so do not store above an oven. Use hot water with care to avoid burns.
