Product Story

We were founded in 1994 by the New York stylist John Masters, who began making gentler, more nourishing personal care in his SoHo apartment. In 1995 he opened the first clean air salon, free from toxins and harsh chemicals. From a few handmade products we grew into a global line of hair care, skin care, body care and aromatherapy. This green tea and calendula mist continues that approach with botanicals and a short list of what we leave out.
