A soft, mellow blend with a rich aroma: This blend is built for a gentle, fragrant cup. Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Ethiopia beans are mixed at set ratios, so you taste a rounded flavour without harsh edges, and the aroma fills your kitchen as you grind and brew.

Each bean is roasted on its own, then blended: We roast every bean separately so it keeps its own character, then blend them together. This after-mix method lets the dark Brazil, light Mexico, medium Colombia and light Ethiopia beans each show their best, instead of being flattened by one single roast.

Five ARK beans from four countries: The blend is 20% dark roast Brazil, 20% light roast Brazil, 30% light roast Mexico, 20% medium roast Colombia and 10% light roast Ethiopia. The ratios are printed on the bag, so you know exactly what is in your cup.

Whole beans for your own grind: A 140 g bag of whole beans lets you grind fresh for a dripper, press or other method you prefer. Grinding just before you brew keeps the aroma lively, and you can set the coarseness to match your own taste.
