Frequently Asked Questions

What quality checks does this cleanser have?

Our Acne Care Washing Cream is a Japanese quasi-drug made for daily cleansing to help prevent acne and skin irritation. The formula has been tested for pore clogging and tested under a dermatologist's supervision. These tests do not guarantee that everyone will avoid irritation, allergies, or clogged pores. The 90g tube carries a manufacturing date, giving you a clear reference for the product's freshness period.

How much should I use, and how do I wash with it?

Squeeze about 2cm of cream into a clean palm. Add plenty of lukewarm water and work it into a foam before spreading the foam over your whole face. Clean gently without rubbing hard. Rinse well with water or lukewarm water, including your hairline and jawline, then gently pat dry with a clean towel. Our 90g tube provides approximately 60 washes at the recommended amount.

What ingredients are in the formula?

Our formula contains dipotassium glycyrrhizate, an ingredient that helps reduce inflammation. Glycerin, sorbitol, and plant extracts help hold moisture, while cleansing ingredients remove dirt. Agar is also included as a moisture-supporting ingredient. We leave out preservatives, synthetic fragrance, synthetic colors, petroleum-based surfactants, UV absorbers, and antibacterial agents. This is a rinse-off cream cleanser: build a foam with lukewarm water, cleanse gently, and rinse it away.

Where does my order ship from, and how long does delivery take?

We ship directly from Japan, with delivery taking 7-14 business days and tracking provided. Your product will have at least 6 months of shelf life remaining. For this cleanser, the unopened freshness period is 3 years from manufacture; once opened, finish it within 120 days. The manufacturing date is printed on the packaging, so you can keep track of freshness alongside the date you first open your tube.

How long can I keep the cleanser after opening?

Finish your tube within 120 days of opening. Before opening, the freshness period is 3 years from manufacture, and the manufacturing date appears on the packaging. Our 90g tube contains approximately 60 washes when you use about 2cm each time. The opening date and manufacturing date serve different purposes: one tracks your time with an opened tube, while the other tracks the unopened product's freshness.
