Measuring 12cm, this blade is the ideal size for intricate tasks such as peeling, paring, and decorative garnishing. Crafted by the legendary Nihonbashi Kiya, this knife combines over two centuries of tradition with modern metallurgical excellence.
Superior Steel Performance
Forged from proprietary Edelweiss steel, this knife offers a unique balance of extreme sharpness and impressive corrosion resistance.
