Tsuki Usagi Ceramic Coffee Dripper Set - Japanese Pour Over Filter

Professional Pour-Over Performance

The Tsuki Usagi Ceramic Coffee Dripper Set is a masterclass in Japanese functional design. Crafted with precision in Japan, this high-fired ceramic dripper is engineered to provide exceptional heat retention, ensuring your brewing temperature remains stable from the first pour to the last. This stability is crucial for unlocking the delicate oils and complex aromatic compounds found in specialty coffee beans.

The Art of Controlled Extraction

Unlike automated machines, this manual dripper gives you complete control over the extraction variables. The internal ribbing is meticulously designed to prevent the filter paper from sticking to the walls, allowing for optimal airflow and a consistent flow rate. Whether you prefer a bright, acidic cup or a deep, chocolatey body, the Tsuki Usagi dripper adapts to your technique.

Timeless Japanese Craftsmanship

Tsuki Usagi, also known as Tsukiusagi-jirushi, has been a staple in Japanese kitchens since the Taisho era. This ceramic set brings that heritage into the modern home with a sleek black and white aesthetic that complements any kitchen decor. The durable, non-porous ceramic ensures that no residual flavors are carried over between brews, providing a clean canvas for every new bean you discover.
