Benefits
Get grilled salmon flavor on rice without any cooking: We grill and flake the salmon at our factory in Hokuto, Hokkaido, so you only open the jar and spoon. There is no grilling, no deboning and no flaking in your kitchen. You get a salmon rice bowl in the time it takes to scoop the rice.
One jar works on rice, rice balls and porridge: Spoon it over steamed rice for breakfast, top rice balls (onigiri) for a lunchbox, or spoon it into porridge for a light meal. One 180 g jar covers all three, so you can switch up your meals through the week.
See the orange salmon flakes through the glass jar: Our 180 g glass jar shows the grilled flakes before you open the lid. The flakes are loose, so they spread evenly over a bowl of steamed rice and every spoonful carries salmon. You see what you are getting, and the bowl looks good too.
Add 19.0 g of protein per 100 g to plain rice: Every 100 g of flakes holds 19.0 g of protein and only 0.6 g of carbohydrate, with 169 kcal. A spoonful puts salmon protein on plain white rice, and the numbers are right there on the label for you to check.
Processed in Hokkaido at our Hakodate factory in Hokuto: Each jar is grilled, flaked and packed at our Hakodate factory in Hokuto, Hokkaido, Japan. The gold label on the jar names Hokkaido as the place of processing, so you know where your salmon topping was made.
Read every ingredient and allergen before you open the jar: We list all five ingredients: salmon, vegetable oil (contains soybean), salt, seasoning and colorings. The label shows 4.6 g salt equivalent per 100 g and flags soy, so you can match the jar to your table with confidence.

Who Is This For
The Busy Weeknight Rice Lover: You love a warm bowl of rice topped with salmon, but some evenings the thought of grilling fish feels like too much. The smell, the pan to wash, and the wait can take the fun out of a simple dinner. That is why we grill the salmon and flake it for you at our Hokkaido factory. Open the jar, spoon the flakes onto hot rice or into onigiri (rice balls), and you have a proper bowl in moments. Each 100 g has 19.0 g of protein, and the glass lets you see the orange flakes. This jar is for the cook who wants salmon comfort without the chore.
Product Story
In Hokuto, a city next to Hakodate on the southern edge of Hokkaido, our factory made salmon easier to serve. Cooking fish at home takes time that busy mornings rarely leave: you grill the fillet, pick out the bones and flake the meat before the rice cools. Japanese seafood makers have long turned fish into ready-to-eat toppings for rice, and we followed that path. We grilled the salmon, flaked it and packed 180 g into one glass jar, so the orange flakes show through the glass. We listed every ingredient, the nutrition numbers and the allergens on the back label so you can read it all. Today that jar sits ready for rice, rice balls or porridge: open it, spoon it, and your meal has salmon on top.
