Blue Mountain Blend, medium-dark roast that suits everyday use: The Blue Mountain Blend uses 100% arabica beans from Jamaica, Brazil and others in a medium-dark roast. The label describes an elegant aroma and a harmonious, mellow taste, with bitterness, acidity and body all at 3 of 5 on the maker's scale.

Berry Fruity, a ripe-berry-like sweetness made for daily use: The Berry Fruity beans from Colombia, Brazil and others are roasted by the single-origin method. The chart shows sweetness at 5, acidity and aftertaste at 4, body at 3 and bitterness at 2.

Beans or ground, brewed your way: Grind the beans just before brewing: medium-fine for a paper filter or coffee maker and medium for a siphon. Use 10 to 12 g, about 2 tablespoons, for 140 to 160 ml of hot water. The 200 g Blue Mountain Blend comes ground in a vacuum pack.

Sustainably sourced beans in one simple product: The bags state that more than 50% of the beans are sustainably sourced, and a panel explains the points: no deforestation, no hunting of endangered species, no banned pesticides, careful water use, no forced or child labour and safe handling of agrochemicals.

A short ingredient list that suits everyday use: The only ingredient is coffee beans. The bags name no allergens, and best-before is printed on the left side of the bag. After opening, seal the bag and use it soon, or keep the whole bag in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Made in Japan and shipped directly from Japan: This coffee is roasted at our Kumagaya factory in Saitama, Japan, and we ship it directly from Japan with careful packing. Please check the label when it arrives and use the product as directed.

Storage: After opening, seal the bag firmly and use soon; for longer keeping, put the whole bag in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator, away from sunlight, heat and humidity.

Shelf Life: Best-before is printed on the left side of the bag, and we ship with a minimum of 6 months remaining shelf life.
