Benefits

A very fine file made of reinforced glass: The Type-S file is made of reinforced glass with a very fine face, slim enough for the small, narrow spots on plastic parts where a thicker file will not reach, so you can finish gate marks neatly.

A file that does not rust and can be rinsed in water: The listing states the glass file does not rust and can be washed in water, so unlike iron files you can rinse the dust away, and it keeps its cutting power for longer, over repeated use.

A brush and adhesive mats that keep file and parts clean: A bamboo-handled brush removes clogs from the file, and adhesive mats lift sanding dust from the file and from your parts, so the surface stays clear and the next sanding pass stays smooth.

A gloss file with 2000, 5000 and 10000 grit faces: The gloss-adjusting file has a black face at 2000 grit, a white face at 5000 grit and a back at 10000 grit, so you can reduce the shine left by the glass file and blend it with surrounding parts.

A storage case and a how-to guide come in the same box: The set includes a storage case, which the listing says keeps the file safe and clean, and a guide supervised by a professional modeler that explains how to use files, sponge files and other sanding tools.

Shipped directly from Japan with careful packing: We ship this glass file set directly from Japan with careful packing, and we recommend you check the set and its cap or pump when it arrives, so you can use it with confidence.

Who Is This For

The Plastic Model Builder: You want a fine file that finishes small gate marks without leaving scratches, but iron and paper files rust, fray or are too thick for tight spots. Searching for the right glass file set is tiring, and it is not your fault that it is hard to choose. Our glass file set gives you a Type-S glass file with a brush, adhesive mats, a gloss file and a case. You sand the gate, brush the file clean, lift the dust and blend the shine, so one set can steady your daily routine.
