Sumikama Kasumi VG10 Pro 17cm Nakiri Vegetable Knife - Made in Japan

Overview

Master the art of vegetable preparation with the Sumikama Kasumi VG10 Pro 17cm Nakiri Knife. Handcrafted in Seki, the historic heart of Japanese cutlery, this knife represents a perfect harmony between traditional blacksmithing and modern steel technology. The Nakiri's signature rectangular profile is engineered for precision chopping and slicing, ensuring every cut is clean and uniform.

The Superior VG10 Core

The blade features a core of VG10 high-carbon stainless steel, a material celebrated globally for its extreme hardness and edge retention. This core allows the blade to maintain a razor-sharp edge for longer periods compared to standard kitchen knives. The VG10 core is clad in softer stainless steel to provide structural resilience and protection against corrosion.

Professional Ergonomics

Designed for the rigors of professional kitchens and the passion of home enthusiasts, the handle is crafted from high-durability material to ensure a moisture-resistant, secure grip. The balanced weight distribution reduces wrist fatigue during repetitive tasks like mincing herbs or dicing root vegetables.
