A 100g pack of dried kelp sourced from Hokkaido, Japan. Its soft texture and mellow umami make it useful for dashi, simmered dishes, rolls, salads, and other everyday cooking.
For dashi, add 15g to 1L of water, heat, and remove the kelp just before the water boils. For other preparations, soak it in water for 10–20 minutes or until tender.
