Kao 8x4 Men Medicated Antiperspirant Deodorant Putty Unscented 25g

$12.00

Brand	Kao
Type	Medicated antiperspirant putty (quasi-drug)
Net Content	25g
Active Ingredients	Dried aluminum potassium sulfate, isopropylmethylphenol
Scent	Unscented
Country Of Origin	Japan

Two active ingredients in one putty
Burnt alum acts as the antiperspirant and isopropylmethylphenol is a germicidal ingredient that kills odor-causing bacteria. Together they give you sweat and odor care from a single morning application.
A puff for even application
The sponge puff presses the soft putty over underarm hair and into the pores of curved skin. A review says it is easy to apply, though loading the puff gets harder as the jar empties.
A dry powder base with menthol
A dry powder base absorbs sweat and moisture, and menthol adds a cool feeling. Reviews describe a smooth, dry feel without stickiness after you rub it in.
About 60 uses and unscented
The package says a 25g jar gives about 60 applications for both underarms once a day. The formula is unscented, so it will not compete with your fragrance.
Reviews rank it among the best
A review calls it the most effective antiperspirant they have used, and another says it keeps underarm sweat down to a degree. Results vary with how much you sweat.
It does not stop sweat completely
One review says sweat does not fully stop, and another prefers a spray. The powder can leave white marks on clothes, so rub it in well and let it dry before dressing.

STORAGE

Close the lid firmly after use. Keep away from direct sunlight and high heat, and out of reach of infants. Wash the puff gently with diluted neutral detergent and dry it in the shade.

SHELF LIFE

We ship with a minimum of 6 months remaining shelf life.

PREPARATION

No preparation required — ready to use as packaged.

IMPORTANT

For external use only. Do not use around the eyes, lips or mucous membranes, just after hair removal or on wounds, swelling or rash. Stop use and consult a dermatologist if redness, itching or irritation appears. The powder can leave white marks on clothing. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

Who Is This For

The Serious-Sweat-Care Commuter: You want underarms that stay dry and odor-free all day. This medicated putty has two active ingredients: burnt alum as the antiperspirant and IPMP as the germicidal ingredient that kills odor-causing bacteria. A dry powder base absorbs sweat and moisture and menthol adds a cool feel. You rub it in with the puff once in the morning, and about 60 applications are possible with both underarms. It is unscented, and the jar is about nine centimeters wide. It is for underarms only and should not be used near the eyes, lips or on broken skin.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this the genuine Japan-market antiperspirant?

Yes. This is the medicated antiperspirant putty with a puff sold in Japan and listed on Amazon.co.jp by Amazon itself, as a quasi-drug in its original jar and box. The size, claims, active ingredients and country of origin on this page follow the package and listing, so you can compare them before you order.

How do I use it?

Take a little putty on the puff, then rub it evenly into dry underarms once a day in the morning. The package says one jar gives about 60 applications for both underarms. You can spread it slightly onto the arm side as well. Close the lid firmly, and wash the puff gently when it gets dirty.

Will it stop sweat completely?

No product can promise that. Reviews say it reduces sweat to a degree and controls odor, while a couple note that sweat is not fully stopped. It has an antiperspirant ingredient and a germicidal ingredient, so expect less sweat and odor rather than none.

Can it mark clothes?

Yes, the package warns that the powder can leave white marks on clothing if it is applied thickly. Rub it in well, wait for it to dry before dressing and wash any marks out with detergent. Do not touch your clothes with putty on your hands.
