Features
5 Dried Ingredients in One 30 g Pouch: Each pouch holds cabbage, carrot, onion, kelp and wakame together. You get vegetables and seaweed in one bag instead of buying each one on its own.
3 Japanese-Grown Vegetables: Cabbage, Carrot and Onion: Our cabbage, carrot and onion are all grown in Japan, as stated on the label. You know the vegetables in your soup start close to home.
2 Seaweeds With Named Origins: Hokkaido and Ishikawa: Our kelp comes from southern Hokkaido. Our wakame is blanched, salt-preserved and from Ishikawa Prefecture. Wakame is a soft green seaweed often used in miso soup.
4 Ways to Use: Miso Soup, Soup, Noodles, Vinegared Dishes: The pieces are cut small so they rehydrate in hot liquid. One mix covers soup, noodles and more.
6-Item Ingredient List With Glucose as the Only Addition: Beyond the vegetables and seaweed, we add only glucose, a simple sugar. The short list is easy to read at a glance.
Nutrition Per 100 g: 286 kcal and 7.4 g Protein: Per 100 g, the mix also has 1.7 g fat, 60.2 g carbohydrate and 4.5 g salt. The pouch holds 30 g, so you can scale these numbers to your portion.
Clear Zip Pouch, 22.3 x 13.7 x 4.2 cm, 30 g: The clear film lets you see the dried carrot, cabbage, onion and seaweed inside. The zip closure lets you reseal the pouch after each use.
Benefits
Cabbage, carrot, onion, kelp and wakame ready in one bag: We put five ingredients in one 30 g pouch: cabbage, carrot, onion, kelp and wakame. You skip buying, washing and chopping each one separately. Open the zip pouch, add some to your bowl, and enjoy a full, colorful miso soup without the usual prep work.
One pouch works in soup, noodles and vinegared dishes: We cut the pieces small to rehydrate in hot liquid, so they work in more than miso soup. Add them to soup, noodles or vinegared dishes. One 30 g pouch covers 4 kinds of dishes, so one pantry staple keeps your meals varied and satisfying.
Dried pieces swell back into colorful vegetables and seaweed: We dry the vegetables and seaweed and cut them small, so the pieces absorb hot liquid right in your bowl. In the soup they swell back into colorful bits of cabbage, carrot, onion and seaweed that you can see and taste.
Every ingredient comes with a named Japanese origin: Our cabbage, carrot and onion are grown in Japan. Our kelp comes from southern Hokkaido, and our blanched, salt-preserved wakame comes from Ishikawa Prefecture. That is 5 ingredients with stated origins on the label, so you know where your soup comes from.
Toppings only, so you choose your own miso: We include toppings only, with no miso in the pouch. That means the 30 g pouch holds only toppings, and you stay in charge of the miso you love. Stir in your own favorite paste and your soup tastes the way you like it.
Six ingredients on the label, all easy to name: We use 6 ingredients in total: cabbage, carrot, onion, kelp, wakame and glucose (a simple sugar). Glucose is the only addition that is not a vegetable or seaweed. You get a short, clear label and a bowl built on vegetables and seaweed.

Who Is This For
The Busy Label-Checking Miso Lover: It's a busy evening, and you still want a bowl of miso soup with real vegetables and seaweed in it. Chopping cabbage and carrots for one bowl takes more time than you have, and many toppings do not tell you where their ingredients come from. Our mix keeps it simple. Cabbage, carrot and onion are Japanese-grown, the kelp comes from southern Hokkaido, and the wakame comes from Ishikawa. Everything is cut small, so it softens right in hot miso soup. Stir it into the miso you already love and enjoy a bowl that feels homemade. Dinner gets easier, and you know what is in your bowl.
Product Story
Our mix drew on two coasts: southern Hokkaido for kelp and Ishikawa Prefecture for blanched, salt-preserved wakame. We paired them with cabbage, carrot and onion grown in Japan, which gave us 5 ingredients that each carry a stated origin. Fresh vegetables need washing, peeling and chopping, and busy days leave little room for that, so we dried the pieces and cut them small enough to rehydrate in hot liquid. From Toyama, we added only glucose and left out the miso so you can choose your own. Today, one 30 g pouch goes into miso soup, soup, noodles or vinegared dishes, and every vegetable and seaweed on the label shows where it came from.
