Benefits

Thin straight noodles from a rare wheat flour blend: The box says a noodle craftsman blended a rare wheat flour for the noodles, which stay chewy while you taste the flavor of the wheat, in a thin straight Hakata style.

A pork-bone soup with depth and a light aftertaste: The box describes a soup that keeps the richness and depth of pork while avoiding strong smell, with a refreshing aftertaste and a deep finish, and the ingredient list names pork extract and lard.

A red spice powder you add to taste: The box says the red secret powder is a blend of carefully chosen chili peppers and that you should adjust the amount to your taste because it is spicy, so everyone can set their own heat level.

A bowl in about two and a half minutes: The box gives the basic cooking time as 2 minutes 30 seconds in 450 ml of boiling water, with 2 to 4 minutes to taste, so one box makes five bowls with little effort.

A rich pork-bone soup with a hint of chili: The soup is based on pork extract and lard with soy sauce, spices and seasonings, and the red powder adds chili heat. It contains wheat, soybean, chicken and pork, so please read the allergen box before you buy.
