Product Story

For decades, Japanese makers of underarm care worked on one everyday problem: heat and busy days that leave underarms damp and sticky. We carried that work into a cream made for men. We chose two active ingredients, burnt alum to control sweat and isopropyl methylphenol to fight odour-causing bacteria, and we ground the burnt alum into micro-fine particles so it spreads evenly. We built the cream on a silicone-and-wax base with anti-stickiness powders for a dry feel, then ran a 10-second water spray test to show it holds on through sweat. We made it fragrance-free, packed it in 45 g tubes and produced it in Japan as a quasi-drug, a medicated product category under Japanese rules.
