Marna Exfoliating Shower Towel, Japanese Nylon Body Scrub Cloth 27 x 100 cm, Medium or Hard Texture, Quick-Drying

$44.65

Brand	Marna
Type	Exfoliating shower towel
Size	About 27.9 x 99.1 cm
Medium	Nylon 62%, polyester 38%, forest green
Hard	Nylon 100%, deep navy
Weight	Not given by the listing

A balanced scrub, not too soft or rough
The medium towel is described as just right: firm enough to feel, yet comfortable for every day. You can press lightly for a gentle wash or harder for a deeper scrub, and its raised droplet texture lifts dirt and oil without feeling harsh on most skin types.
A harder option for a deeper scrub
The hard towel is made of 100% nylon with a raised croc texture, firm but described as not harsh. Choose it if you like a stronger scrub, and use light pressure at first, because a firmer towel can irritate sensitive skin if you press hard.
A long towel that reaches your back
At about 27.9 x 99.1 cm, the towel is long enough to hold at both ends and reach your whole back, from your shoulder down, with less twisting. The long, narrow shape also wraps easily around your arms and legs.
Lathers fast, rinses clean, dries quickly
The nylon weave makes rich lather quickly, and it rinses clean without leaving a soapy feel. Wring it out and hang it in a ventilated place, and it dries between showers. One wearer notes that the scrubbing feel can fade after some weeks of use.
Made in Japan, and honestly described here
The towels are made in Japan, and the listing gives the size and fibre content but no weight, so we show an estimated weight and say so on this page. The medium and hard towels are separate options, each with its own photos.
From a maker established in 1872
This maker is a Japanese housewares company that began in 1872 as the country's first producer of Western-style brushes, and it now makes kitchen, bath and cleaning goods. We ship the towel directly from Japan in its printed pouch.

Comparison

Quick Answer

Our long nylon shower towel has a raised weave for a balanced scrub that lathers fast, rinses clean and dries quickly. It is about 27 x 100 cm, comes in a medium or a hard texture, is made in Japan and is shipped directly from Japan.

The Just-Right Scrubber

You find soft cloths pointless and harsh ones sore. The medium towel gives a balanced scrub that feels real without feeling rough, and you press harder when you want more.

The Firm-Scrub Fan

You like a deeper scrub. The hard towel is 100% nylon with a raised croc texture, firm enough to feel, and comfortable enough for every day.

The Back-Washing Reacher

You can't reach your back. At about 100 cm long, the towel lets you hold both ends and reach from your shoulder to your back with less twisting.

The Quick-Dry Hanger

You want a towel that stays fresh. Nylon rinses clean and dries quickly when you wring it out and hang it in a ventilated place between showers.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between medium and hard?

The medium towel is nylon 62% and polyester 38% with a raised droplet texture, and the hard towel is 100% nylon with a raised croc texture. The hard type is firmer, and both are described as comfortable for every day. Choose the medium for a balanced scrub and use light pressure on sensitive skin, and avoid the hard one if your skin is easily irritated.

How big is the towel?

Each towel measures about 27.9 x 99.1 cm, which is about 100 cm long, so you can hold both ends and reach your whole back. The listing gives no weight, so our weight on this page is an estimate. The towel is thin, quick-drying nylon, and it hangs easily on a hook after use to dry, which keeps it fresh.

Will it irritate my skin?

The medium towel is described as balanced and the hard one as firm but not harsh, though any exfoliating towel can irritate sensitive skin if you press hard. Use light pressure at first, do not use it on irritated skin, and stop if you notice redness or itching, then wash the skin gently with water.

How do I care for it?

Rinse the towel well after each use, wring out the water and hang it in a ventilated place so that it dries quickly. One wearer says the scrubbing feel can fade after some weeks, so replace it when it no longer feels right. Wash it gently, keep it away from direct sunlight, and store it hung up rather than folded.
