A complete set in one box
We pack a santoku knife, a petty knife and a ceramic sharpener together with a leaflet in one navy gift box. You get a general-purpose knife, a small knife for fruit and fine work, and the tool to keep them keen, all in a single purchase.
Light and seamless stainless bodies that wash easily
The knives have a seamless all-stainless body with no gap between grip and blade, so dirt has nowhere to hide and washing is simple. Our santoku is an ultra-light 130 g design, and reviews call the knives light and easy to use.
Hand-sharpened three-layer blades with a clean cut
Each blade has a high-carbon core for sharpness and low-carbon stainless outer layers for corrosion resistance. Knife craftspeople finish every edge by hand, and our bamboo-leaf blade shape slides into food and leaves a clean cut.
A grip made for wet hands
We place anti-slip zones where your thumb, middle finger and little finger rest, and add grip space that keeps your fingers away from the board on the petty knife. The shape stays steady even when your hands are wet with water or oil.
A sharpener that keeps the edge keen
The included sharpener uses four layers of high-purity ceramic and works quietly with no metallic noise. One review calls it compact and easy to store, and it lets you restore the edge in a short time without a whetstone.
A one-year warranty and a registered design
Our design is registered, number 1818221, and every set carries a one-year warranty with a promise to respond within 24 hours. The series has sold more than 70,000 knives, so you buy a set that many cooks already use.

Store dry at room temperature, about 20 C (68 F), in a drawer with a blade guard or in a knife block, away from moisture.

SHELF LIFE

Durable kitchen tool with no expiry date.

PREPARATION

No preparation required — ready to use as packaged.

IMPORTANT

The blades are very sharp, and reviews note that fingers are easy to cut. Keep out of reach of children, cut on a soft board and avoid hard foods and bones, since one review reports a chip.

Buying a santoku, a petty knife and a sharpener separately is a chore, and knives without upkeep dull quickly, which is a gap in the product, not in you. Our set gives you two light, seamless all-stainless knives with hand-sharpened three-layer blades, a compact four-layer ceramic sharpener and a navy gift box. It is compatible with dishwashers and comes with a one-year warranty, so you can start cooking with one set for everyday cutting.

Product Story

Our knives were developed with a professional chef over two years, testing everything from the shape of the blade to the ease of the grip. We designed the bamboo-leaf blade, the seamless stainless body and the grip with anti-slip zones, and we hold a registered design right for the result. The series has sold more than 70,000 knives, and this set adds a santoku, a petty knife and a ceramic sharpener in one gift box.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who designed these knives?

Our knives were developed over two years with a professional chef, who checked everything from the blade shape to the grip. The design is registered in Japan, number 1818221, and our series has sold more than 70,000 knives. We ship every set directly from Japan, so you can expect it to arrive carefully packed in its gift box.

What is in the set?

The set includes a santoku knife, a petty knife, a four-layer high-purity ceramic sharpener, a leaflet explaining use and care, and the original gift box. The santoku is an ultra-light 130 g design. The petty knife has a straight blade and grip space that keeps your fingers away from the cutting board while you work.

Can I put the knives in the dishwasher?

Yes, the seamless all-stainless knives are compatible with dishwashers. Their three-layer blades combine sharpness with corrosion resistance, with a high-carbon core inside low-carbon stainless outer layers. Dry them after washing so they stay bright and clean for the next meal, and keep them away from hard racks that could knock the edge during a long, busy dishwasher cycle.

How do I keep them sharp?

Use the included ceramic sharpener, which has four layers of high-purity ceramic and works quietly with no metallic sound. Follow the leaflet and draw the blade through a few times on each side. The edge is hand-sharpened at the factory, and a review praises the sharpener as compact and easy to store in a drawer.

Will the blades chip?

One review reports a chip within a week, while others praise the sharpness and the build. As with any fine edge, avoid bones, frozen foods and hard shells, cut on a wood or soft plastic board and do not twist the blade. We provide a one-year warranty and promise to respond within 24 hours if there is a problem.

How is this knife shipped and when will it arrive?

We ship directly from Japan, and delivery takes 7-14 business days. Any item with a shelf life ships with a minimum of 6 months remaining. Tracking is provided so you can follow your parcel from our shipping point to your door. Your knife is packed carefully so the blade arrives safely and ready for your kitchen.
