Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@japansprime.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, beverages, condiments, snacks)
- Personal care and beauty/skincare products
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you have questions about whether your specific item is eligible, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the item you want.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must meet the same eligibility conditions above (unused, original packaging, with proof of purchase). Perishable goods and personal care items are exempt from this right under EU law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@japansprime.com.
