JapansPrime Shipping Policy

1. Global Service Scope
JapansPrime ships worldwide. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination.

2. Stock Badges & Dispatch Points
- "In Stock": Item is stored at the nearest JapansPrime warehouse (Dubai, Riyadh, Los Angeles, Frankfurt, Osaka, etc.) and ships from that local facility.
- "In Stock – Japan": Item is available only at our Japan hub and ships from Gifu / Kanazawa, Japan.
- "Pre-Order": First production run is finishing. Ships from Japan within the launch window stated on the product page.

3. Processing Times
- Local warehouse: 1–2 business days
- Japan hub (in-stock): 2–3 business days
- Pre-order: Ships within the release window noted on the product page

4. Estimated Transit Times
- GCC & Middle East: Aramex Priority Parcel — 2–5 business days
- North America & Europe: DHL Express / FedEx Int'l Priority — 3–7 business days
- Asia-Pacific: Yamato Global / EMS — 4–8 business days
- Rest of world: DHL Express — 5–10 business days

5. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery region. The exact rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT/GST, or brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility unless "Duties & Taxes Pre-Paid" is displayed at checkout (DDP service).

7. Order Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our facility. Real-time tracking is available via My Account → Orders.

8. Address Accuracy & Re-delivery
Parcels returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address can be re-shipped once additional postage is settled by the customer.

9. Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be edited or cancelled up to the point of dispatch. Once handed to the carrier, the parcel cannot be intercepted.
