Frequently Asked Questions

What is this face and body sheets?

These are our large face and body sheets in the Super Dry type, with a persistent powder veil and a gentle soap scent. Each pack holds 20 sheets that measure 230 x 200 mm. They are made in Japan, and we ship them directly from Japan with careful packing, so they arrive in good condition and ready for use.

How do I use it?

Open the pack and pull out one sheet, then wipe your face, neck, arms and body, avoiding your eyes. Let the moisture dry for a smooth, dry feel. Seal the pack tightly so the remaining sheets do not dry out, and do not flush used sheets down the toilet because they do not dissolve in water.

Does it stop sweating?

No, it is a wipe, not an antiperspirant, so it does not stop sweating. It removes the stickiness of sweat and leaves a persistent powder veil that keeps the skin feeling smooth and dry for a time afterward. Results depend on how much you sweat and on the weather, and a mild cooling feel is normal for this type.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

It contains ethanol, so the pack says not to use it if you are sensitive to alcohol or have especially delicate skin, and not to use it on infants or on wounds, rashes or the area around the eyes. Test one sheet on a small area first, and stop use if redness, itching or irritation appears.

What should I check on arrival?

Please check the pack and its cap or pump carefully and thoroughly as soon as you open your package. We pack every order carefully, and you can contact us right away if anything arrives damaged, leaking or incomplete in any way, and we will gladly help you with a replacement or a refund, whichever you would prefer.

How and when will my order ship?

We ship directly from Japan. Delivery takes 7-14 business days, and tracking is provided so you can follow your parcel from Japan to your door. Every product we send has a minimum of 6 months shelf life remaining, so your order arrives fresh and ready to use. Please check our shipping page for current delivery options to your country.
