Frequently Asked Questions

What product details help me identify the correct bottle?

Our Facial Washing Powder comes in a 50g bottle for approximately 60 washes. The bottle carries a manufacturing date, and our freshness window is 3 years unopened or 60 days after opening. Our formula is mildly acidic and made without preservatives, synthetic fragrance, synthetic colors, petroleum-based cleansing agents, or UV absorbers. These specific product details help you identify the bottle and understand how its formula and freshness fit your routine.

How do I use Facial Washing Powder?

Use 1 teaspoon of Facial Washing Powder for each wash, morning and evening. Add water and work the powder into foam before washing your face, then rinse it away. Our dense, springy foam helps you cleanse without rubbing. If you wear makeup, use your makeup remover first. Follow your face wash with your moisturizing skincare. Each 50g bottle provides approximately 60 washes, and the opened bottle should be used within 60 days.

What ingredients are in the formula?

Our formula uses amino-acid-based cleansing ingredients, including sodium lauroyl glutamate, to help wash away dirt and excess oil while protecting moisture. Mannitol, glucose, glycerin, and serine help hold moisture, while allantoin helps protect the skin. The powder also contains corn starch and rice starch. We leave out preservatives, synthetic fragrance, synthetic colors, petroleum-based cleansing agents, and UV absorbers. The result is a mildly acidic powder cleanser designed for a comfortable finish.

Where does my order ship from, and how long does delivery take?

Your order ships directly from Japan, with delivery in 7-14 business days and tracking provided so you can follow its journey. Your unopened product arrives with a minimum of 6 months of shelf life remaining. Once you open this bottle, its separate freshness window is 60 days. The 50g bottle provides approximately 60 washes, so morning and evening cleansing uses the bottle in about 30 days at the suggested amount.

What does this cleanser help wash away?

Our Facial Washing Powder removes excess oil, pore buildup, and dirt associated with blackheads while helping protect your skin's moisture. Add water to turn the powder into dense, springy foam that cushions the wash and helps reduce rubbing. Our amino-acid-based cleansing ingredients support this balance of cleansing and moisture care. Use it as your facial washing step after makeup removal and before moisturizing skincare, with 1 teaspoon of powder per wash.

How long can I keep the bottle after opening?

Use your bottle within 60 days after opening. An unopened bottle has a freshness window of 3 years, and the manufacturing date is printed on the packaging. These are separate time limits: opening the bottle starts the shorter window. Our formula contains no preservatives. A 50g bottle provides approximately 60 washes, which is about 30 days when you wash morning and evening using the suggested 1 teaspoon for each wash.
