Benefits

Carry 5.4 L of water without any fuss: Our bucket holds 5.4 L and weighs only 280 g, with a swing handle on the rim. You fill it, grip the handle and walk to the job, so every cleaning round starts easy and feels simple.

A swing handle that lifts the full bucket: The handle is attached to the rim and raised for carrying, so one hand lifts the bucket when it is full of water. You move from sink to car to porch without stopping, and the job feels light.

Moulded in Japan from one polypropylene body: We mould this bucket in Japan from polypropylene. The round body stands 19 cm high and measures 24.2 cm across, so it holds its shape as you work. You pick up a tool that feels solid and dependable.

A light 280 g body that is easy to handle: At about 280 g empty, our bucket feels light in the hand, and it stays comfortable to lift when you add water. Quick rinsing and wiping jobs around the home go by without strain.

A size sheet that tells you exactly what you get: Our bucket is listed as 5 L size, 24.2 cm across, 19 cm high and 5.4 L to the brim. Those numbers let you picture the fit under a sink or beside the car before you pick it up.

How to Use

Fill the bucket with up to 5.4 L of water.

Lift it by the swing handle.

Use it for rinsing, wiping or watering.

Empty it and rinse the inside with water when you finish.

Who Is This For

The Everyday Home Cleaner: You do your own cleaning, whether that is rinsing the car, wiping down a pet cage or tidying the porch, and you want a bucket that is simply there and simply works. Thin, bendy buckets are a poor match for the job, and that comes down to how they are made, not to you. We mould this round bucket from polypropylene in Japan. It holds 5.4 L, stands 19 cm high, measures 24.2 cm across and weighs only 280 g, so a full load carries easily by the swing handle. It is a plain, sturdy bucket made for the quick everyday jobs you do again and again.

Product Story

Japanese household-goods makers have spent decades moulding plain plastic buckets for the everyday jobs of washing, wiping and watering. We carry that thinking into this round bucket. We mould it in Japan from polypropylene, a light plastic, so the body stays easy to lift at about 280 g. We gave it a swing handle on the rim, a 24.2 cm opening for dipping cloths, and a depth of 19 cm that holds 5.4 L to the brim. We kept the shape simple on purpose, because a bucket earns its place by working every time you reach for it. Today it is a light grey 5 L bucket made for the small jobs you do around the home.
